GOD

There are times in our life we say "I'm Not Happy", "I don't have Peace", I don't have happiness", There's a lot of "I don't and I'm not"s. it all boils down to only one thing in life, And that is "There is no 'God' in us".
When we have God in our lives, we wouldn't need anything else, would we?. He by himself is complete, Is he not?.
Therefore look for more of God, let me correct myself Look "Only" for God in your life... Amen.

Faith

It took the Israelites 40 years to reach the promised land, that could have been reached in 40 days, was not because it was in God's plan to be so. But because of their lack of faith. So what is your faith??. 

 

Just because something is taking time doesn't mean that it "might" be in god's plan. but sometimes we limit God from taking total control on our lives. If you're in union with God, you would know what he wants from you and what he has for you.

Remember "God is beyond Time, Distance and your Reasoning"

Prayer & Prosperity

Individual prayer is the narrow path that you'll need to take to the get to the streets of "Family Prayer". And it is only through the streets of family prayer, you'll reach the road to prosperity. To get to the highway for a smooth travel you'll need to first make it through the narrow path. Taking the narrow path is not always easy, start clearing your path so you'll make it to the highway.

" Remember God walks for you during hard times, for there is only one pair of foot steps instead of two"

Responsibility

When you've a tussle with your brother, even when he's at fault, Be the first to apologize.  For when you apologize you earn humbleness. Now that you've apologized, you're not off the hook. continue to pray for your brother, coz his blood is on you, he's your responsibility, don't you want him to taste the sweetness of God's humility.

Doing what God Want's you to do, is not your duty. It's you "Responsibility"

What Breed Are You??

Every animal irrespective of the place they belong to, they share the characteristics that is specific to the breed (or species). it doesn't really matter which part of the world they are at. The surroundings although affects some of their skills, it doesn't really have any impact on the survival instincts that are specific to the species. 

God Created man in his own image. and God's people, Irrespective of the race, region, every thing in the world that separates us, We belong to the same breed "God's People". And so are the characters. Analyse yourself, see what breed you belong to.

"God's people are known by their actions, not by their words".

Citizenship

I want to talk about two seperate instances of yesterday. and how God connected those for his purpose.

The First One..

I was checking for updates from my friends on one of the social networking site. and I noticed on one of my friends profile that he's posted some pictures of him with his Australian Citizenship Certificate. It was so good to see the happiness on his face. The pride of accomplishing something, He had earned it and I was thinking of all that he would have gone through over the past 5 or so odd years to earn it. He went there to do his postgraduation, then found himself a Job and now He's earned a Citizenship.
I was wondering how that experience was going to be, A citizen of another country, a new passport, a new beginning in life. he's an Australian now. Seeing his face, I thought It was going to be one of the most memorable moment in his life. A very happy and a Pleasent one.

Then I got busy with my work and that was it.

The Second One..

Later during the day, During one of the training sessions for the new recruits (I handle the training & Quality Dept for my Company), I came accross this word 'Death'. The trainees looked low in the spirit afer hours of continuous exercises and assesments. I thought this would be good one to talk about to get their attention. I asked them, if they ever think about Death. and each one gave his / her opinion and one of them said, " We should not think about Death, We are Citizens of Heaven". He meant Christians. Although I understood what he meant. I did not want to talk more about it, because people from other beliefs were present as well and I felt it wasn't politically correct to talk about religion at work.

Then we all got busy with the training and that was it.

After work, as I was driving back home, I was reflecting on the things that happened that day. I thought about my friend and his newly earned citizenship, then I thought about my sister-in-law and my co-brother who would earn their Australian Citizenship in another few years. Then I started thinking about the people who seek assylum in foreign countries, Beacause of war and famine in theirs. people who are so desperate for a new beginning for themselves, for their families. I was wondering how much happy would they be, when they are accepted in a new land. Although they have to start their life all over. it's a new hope, It's really a new beginning.

Out of these two kinds of people, I was wondering, who would experienced more happiness. and I wondered if I will ever experience it to understand. By now I had reached home. Haven't switched off the ignition yet, God started in a very mild tone, You have experienced much better than what others can experience, He said "You're a citizen Of Heaven". "I'm your Passport". I was speechless. What other things in the whole wide world can give me happiness and peace and hope than God himself.
For a few days, I had so may questions and confusions about a lot of things. but I was hoping that God was going to get me through. and there he was, as he always have been. How beautifully connected the dots for me.

Overcome Obstacles

Yesterday, after my morning walk, I was sitting in the beach looking at the waves. I sat there for about 5 minutes or so, watching those waves trying to climb the sand dune and then return to the sea with no success. I was telling God that, "Lord this is how most of our lives are, we keep trying to get back to you, just about we were going to make it to you, we slide back because of our mistakes (sins)".
Right after I said that... God replied "But the waves never cease".
Isn't that true,A lot of times in our lives, we had given up on ourselves, on our prayers. Just because of certain things we said or we did or we didn't. But God never gives up on us.If only we keep trying, no matter how high the dune is, if we are stead fast in seeking God in our lives. He sure is going to get us out of every situation.
For there is no problem in this whole wide world that is greater or bigger than God. he is a living God.
The waves might get past the dunes on a full moon day. but with Jesus, every day is a full moon day. for we are more special to him than those waves.

Praise The Lord.

Trust In God At All Times

There is a lot of examples from the history about the people who made it big, because they believed in their dream, about people who believed in themselves.If they could achieve, How much more can God accomplish for you, if only you believe in him.

"Put your trust in God, and he'll take care of the rest".
