God's Love

Psalms 23:1

The Lord is my Shepard, I shall not want.

This verse says it all. We say this all the time, but a lot of times, we fail to understand the power or the real meaning behind these. As I was praying a couple of days ago, I got this reading and when I meditated more on these words, what a beautiful insight God gave me into these words.

Now that I’m a father of an 18-month-old baby, a lot of times I’ve wondered about the way my wife takes care of the baby. Some how she knows when the baby is hungry, when she’s sick, even the exact time when she’s going to pee or poop. Every little thing that the baby needs, my wife is able to understand and take care of her.
Some of us would say, come on its basic mathematics, to figure out the needs of the baby. But I disagree; it takes more than logical thinking. It takes a mother to understand.

God reminded me this, as I was meditating on the scripture. He said well, this is how my love for you works. If a mom is able to understand the needs and takes care of the baby, even before it could ask for it. I created you, do I not know your needs. As simple as that, I really don’t think that I have to explain this more in detail. It is understood.

Breed

Every animal irrespective of the place they belong to, they share the characteristics that is specific to the breed (or species). it doesn't really matter which part of the world they are at. The surroundings although affects some of their skills, it doesn't really have any impact on the survival instincts that are specific to the species.

God Created man in his own image. and God's people, Irrespective of the race, region, every thing in the world that separates us, We belong to the same breed "God's People". And so are the characters. Analyse yourself, see what breed you belong to.

"God's people are known by their actions, not by their words".

Amen.

I'm Sorry

I’m sorry. This particular word I have used a lot of times. Most of the times for faults that aren’t mine first place. For the simple reason,

The Bible Says,

“He that shall humble himself shall be exalted” (MAT 23:12)

It is mentioned in the bible in a lot of instances, but I choose to quote it form the gospel of Matthew. Nevertheless, The point is I’ve been so wrong in trying to practice this.

Here’s how, whenever there has been any misunderstandings or any sort of arguments or fights (verbal) with family and friends, I was always the first one to go apologize, even though that had not been my fault.

And every time I do that, the problem got resolved or sort of and we moved on. Until recently God told me something,

“What you think as wrong in my eyes is not always wrong, and what you think as right in mine is not always right”

These words might sound contradictory, but if you meditate and wait for the spirit, you would gain a better understanding. The logic is simple; God is beyond our limits and imagination. I could not understand this for sometime, until God used an opportunity to help me understand things. It was a hard learning though.

When you apologize for something that you never did in the first place, Just to humble yourself as a person in God. The person at the receiving end of the apology, does not actually take time to analyze what really happened, therefore fails to realize his / her mistake or the part they played in the whole issue.

Therefore next time, something happens in your life, take a lot of time, analyze and discuss the issue with god, do what the spirit tells you to. Most of the instances, what he would tell you is to wait and give it some time. Do not care how long it takes, Just wait on him. Those who wait on God will never be disappointed.

Get the issue sorted out “In God’s way & in his Own Time” Now that solution my friend, will be permanent, and that bond will last forever.
Amen!!!

Some of my own quotes

Life without Marriage is like a ship without a compass.
Life is like a giant wheel; make sure you don’t spit anything while you’re on top.
Why is that we think only others are responsible for everything that is going wrong around us.
Lead your life in such a way that when you die you’ll still live in the hearts of others.
Hey! Watch out, every one’s special to them, like how you are special to you, so handle with care. Every word you speak to people is like a seed you sow in their heart, make sure they are good ones, Coz you are the one who’s going to harvest it some day.
Your blessing is just around the corner, just that you need to open the right door.
Can money buy you life when you’re facing death?
Let it be you who’s controlling the situation and not vice versa.

You came into this world crying, make sure you leave it with a smile.
You think you’ve planned your life very well, Okay then, when are you going to die… you still think you’re smart enough to plan everything ahead.
Life is not like a game where you have the best of 3’s / 5’s. You play it only once, Make sure you play it fine.
Life is not about winning all the time, sometimes even loosing will make you a winner.
Do you want your life to be like a drive on the highway, very smooth and fast? Think again, highway is prone to many fatal accidents.

The 3/4th of the earth is covered by water, not everything is consumable. So what really matters is not how much you have, but how much you’re able to deliver.
Are you going through hell, hold on for some more time, your destination could be heaven.
Life is all about touching lives and being touched.
Life is not about becoming somebody very important, but it is to make everyone around you feel important. When it comes to faith in god, it is not what you feel that matters. But it is what you believe.

Every Saint Has a Past and Every Sinner a Future

The words says it all. These words made a big impact on me, when I came across one of those forwarded emails, which we all get. The moment we see the forward, on the subject tab, we gently delete it. most of the times, we do not take time to read it. This particular one I decided to read it for some reason and what an eye opener it was.
A lot of times, even though we are saved, we tend to forget the path that we took before God found us, we tend to forget the times God overlooked our shortcoming. and take even simple things that people did to us so seriously, sometimes they did not mean them to harm us either the way it did.
We not only take that particular incident but try and connect all the negatives of that person that we can from his or her past that we have bottled up over a period of time. We fail to realize that "Every Sinner has a future" and we too have a "past" that is as worse as the other persons.
